Inadequate time can be a major cause of stress. Try to manage your time well daily.

Engaging in physical activity goes a long way in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. Try to exercise at least three times a week.

Taking a healthy diet nourishes the body and helps it cope with stress better. Make sure to eat well balanced meals throughout the day.

Regular vacations are very helpful and make you feel better instantly. Make it a duty to organize regular vacations.

Being late can cause you stress. Try getting ready earlier and schedule more spaces between events.

It is helpful to simplify your schedules by cutting down on the number of your commitments in life to just the essential ones.
13. Express Your Feelings Instead Of Bottling Them Up
Try to communicate your feeling and concerns to people that are bothering you in an open and respectful manner.

When you feel down due to stress try to reflect on the good things in your life, your good qualities and gifts.
15. Learn To Forgive
In life you are bound to come in contact with people who will offend you. No one is perfect and above mistakes. Try to let go of anger and resentment as these release negative energy.
