In a job interview you cannot escape this question as it is the most often asked question. What the interviewer expects from you is a short introduction about yourself. Be brief about this and make sure you talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for and also limit your answer to work related items.
Question 2: Tell Us What You know About This Organization?
Be sure to expect this question in your next interview. Off course you should have make little research on the organization before the interview. During your research, get to know the major players of the organization, what the organization is all about, their aims and objectives and their policy.
Question 3: Why Do You Want to Work For This Organization?
You should be able to provide answer to this question based on the research you made about the organization. Relate what you have gathered with the position you were been interviewed for, be well composed as any sign of jittery here might cost you the opportunity of nailing the job.
Question 4: What Makes You Think You’re The Best For This Job?
Here the interviewers want you to tell them why you think they should hire you. In your response,
point out your assets and relate them to what the organization need in the person they want to occupy the position you’re applying for.
Do not be afraid to speak about specifics experience you have that relate to the position you are applying for. If you do not have specific experience, get as close as you can and don’t just keep mute.
Question 5: Why Do You Want to Leave Your Current Job?
When answering this question you need to be positive minded all through irrespective of the reason that makes you want to leave. You’ll only deny yourself the opportunity of securing the job if you paint your previous organization bad. Give reasons that will make the interviewers believe you won’t talk bad about them should better opportunities comes your way in the future. Talk about you looking for career advancement or that you seek a place of higher challenges and stronger organizational vision which you have seen in their organization.

This question gives you the avenue to sell yourself to the interviewers. Talk about your best points and the connections it has to the position being discussed and relate it to your long-term career goals.
Question 7: How Much Do You Expect Us To Pay You?
Your answer to this question can determine if the company will hire you or not. When asked this question, with a smile on a face simply put the question back to the interviewer that you believed the organization has a standard range of salary for the type of position you are been interviewed for, that he/she should tell you the range for this position.
If the interviewer refused to tell you, he/she might ask you to choose a range then you can give a wide range based on the research you have made about the organization.
Question 8: Are You a Team Player?
This is straight forward question that needs a straight forward answer. Be sure to expect this question in any job interview and your ability to convince the interviewer how you get along with your team goes a long way in determining your success at the interview. Talk about how often you performed for the good and success of your team rather than for yourself.
Question 9: What Turns You Off About Co-Workers?
When asked this question, don’t starts talking gibberish about co workers otherwise you would fall into the trap set by the interviewers. Before answering this question, take a deep breath, think real hard but fail to come up with any turn off from co workers. Rather tell the interviewers you get along with folks easily and can tolerate their shortcomings.

Now it’s your time to asked questions, even if it is one question just ask and be mindful of the type of questions you ask. Ask questions on how you can contribute to the growth of the organization in order to achieve organization goal.
