A good investor that has about 2-3 plots of land then would have move from the status of a ‘thousanaire’ to a millionaire.
The opportunity is still there for you to own a land here because landed property here will keep appreciating as long as there are spaces on the outer perimeter of the city for people to occupy. When no more space exist on the perimeter, the city goes ‘Skyward’.
This area is about 15 min drives from the Redemption Camp of the Redeem Christian Church of God. Other neighboring estates are the Honeywell Estate, Unilag Estate, LUTH Estate, Paradigm Estate, Union Home and so many more developed estates.

To get a full plot of land here before is about N50,000 – N100,000 but now before you can get a full plot for N1,000,000 you have to do a lot of hardwork and this does not come easy.

3. Sango Ota/Ifo axis- This area is also getting populated day by day. Land here is cheaper than the two areas I have discuss above. With N400,000 you can get a full plot of land here while half plot goes for N200,000. This place is closed to Lagos Abeokuta Expressway, Canaan Land in Ota, Bell University in Ota, Obasanjo Farm also in Ota.
Initially a full plot of land in this area is sold for N70,000 and below but now you can see the difference.
An advantage this place has over others is that train, courtesy of the Nigerian Railway Cooperation, transport peoples to and fro this place to other part of Lagos. You can pay half of the money as a down payment and spread the rest over 2/3 months.
